St.Mary’s Montessori Schools is seeking a qualified and passionate Association Montessori International (AMI) Lead Guide to lead a Chinese immersion primary classroom.

Pay Scale: $66,600–$74,400 USD per year, based on qualifications and experience

Required Qualifications:

•AMI Primary Diploma/Certification or proof of current enrollment in an AMI Primary program (required)

•Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred)

•Proficiency in Chinese (preferred)

•Proven experience as a Montessori Primary Guide, with a strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology

•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues

•Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities, assessments, and administrative tasks

•A passion for fostering children’s curiosity and love for learning

•Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment
