Are you an AMI-certified professional with a profound commitment to Montessori and Positive Discipline principles? Provident Montessori, located in the lovely, quiet, and friendly Potrero Hill neighborhood of San Francisco, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, purpose-driven, and high-integrity Young Children’s Community (YCC) Guide to join our growing community.

About Us: Founded in 2022, we are an authentic Montessori school dedicated to nurturing children between the ages of 16 months and 6.5 years. Our educational philosophy is firmly rooted in the Montessori and Positive Discipline approach, aimed at fostering holistic child development. Both founders of the school are AMI-trained at 0-3,3-6, and 6-12 levels, and are part of the teaching faculty.

Your Role: As a YCC Guide, your mission will be to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners. Your responsibilities encompass shaping the educational space, collaborating with colleagues, engaging parents, and embodying integrity and empathy in all interactions.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should hold an AMI Assistants to Infancy Diploma (0-3 level), possess 12 ECE Credits, hold a Bachelor’s Degree, have classroom experience (preferred), exhibit proficiency in English, and demonstrate adaptability.
