Located in the Shenandoah Valley, SMS serves students ages 3-18 where we respect the mind, imagination, and spirit of each student. Grounded in the philosophy of Maria Montessori, we create an environment where children are empowered to fulfill their academic, personal, and social potential.
Our collaborative, supportive team welcomes applicants who hold a Montessori teaching certificate, preferably for the 12-18 level. At least 3 years of teaching experience in a Montessori environment is preferred. Interested candidates will send a cover letter, resume and at least 3 references to search@stauntonmontessori.org.
