Founded in 1995, Keystone Montessori Charter School is on five picturesque acres in the suburban foothills of Phoenix, Arizona. We proudly serve a diverse student body ranging from 15 months to 15 years of age. Our school is committed to fostering a nurturing and dynamic learning environment that embraces the Montessori philosophy.

Our well-established Adolescent Program, launched in 2004, is seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team. Currently, the program is supported by three guides who collaboratively lead a vibrant classroom of over 30 students. This unique setting offers an engaging, fluid, and ever-evolving environment that keeps both educators and students inspired. In addition to an academic curriculum, students participate in a micro-economy, garden, community service, team building, advisory, theater performances, and international travel.

Preference for the ideal candidate for the Adolescent program include:

*NAMTA/AMI certified in Adolescent studies or willing to attend training

*Experience working with adolescents

*Good sense of humor, enthusiastic, outgoing, team player

*Bilingual in Spanish

*Organized and has vision and ideas for implementation

*Appreciates the outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling

*Ability to teach; proficient in the areas of math and science

*Communicates effectively with parents, students, and staff
