Meadows Montessori School (MMS) located in Ferndale, WA opened an A to I classroom in January 2021. We are currently seeking applications for an experienced and passionate Lead Guide to lead our classroom for the 2021/2022 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and help shape our new program!

This position requires an experienced Lead Guide with or pursuing an A to I AMI certification.

Additionally, we are seeking applications for an Upper Elementary Lead Guide position for fall 2021. This position requires an experienced Lead Guide with a minimum of three years in an Elementary classroom. Candidates must hold their AMI Elementary certification.

MMS is an AMI recognized school and a WA State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) licensed childcare facility. We are situated on over five acres just north of the city of Bellingham. Our school benefits from wool producing sheep and laying hens on campus, as well as organic gardens and a small orchard. Our close proximity to Western Washington University and both Lummi and Nooksack Nations offer a diversity of opportunities to learn from the greater community. We currently serve children ages 15 months through 12 years.
