Nature’s Way Montessori envisions children and families deeply connected to the earth, acting as stewards.  This will happen by continuing Dr. Montessori’s work, bringing nature into the classrooms and having an outdoor classroom at every level.  This will lead to inter-connectedness and peaceful co-existence with all living things.

Nature’s Way Montessori has opened a very successful Infant – Toddler program.  We currently have a nido, a walking infant classroom and two toddler classrooms.  We have  beautiful outdoor environments for all levels.  We have a large garden for organic snacks and sensorial experiences and we have a hiking trail into the beautiful hills of Napa Ca right next door.

We are seeking to hire two AMI trained A-I and a primary guide to create our future.  We have a full time Director of Education at the A-I level with 36 years experience and our HOS/owner is Primary trained with 35 years experience.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about Montessori and her ideas about nature and child development.  We look to attract staff with a long term commitment to our vision and want to grow with us.

Salary range is $25 ($52,000 annual) – $30($62,400) per hour depending on your experience and education.  Hours are 8:00- 3:00 with children and admin time to 4:30.  We have a very generous PTO and benefits package and we have great parties!
