About our School

Nature’s Way Montessori envisions children and families deeply connected to the earth, acting as stewards.  This will happen by continuing Dr. Montessori’s work, bringing nature into the classrooms and having an outdoor classroom at every level.  This will lead to inter-connectedness and peaceful co-existence with all living things. Nature’s Way Montessori serves 80 children ages 6 weeks through 6 years.

About the position

Nature’s Way Montessori’s Infant-Toddler Community in Napa California serves children ages 6 weeks through 3 years old. We are looking for a trained Guide to help us build a strong Montessori foundation for our program as we grow.

Qualifications

AMI Montessori training at A-I level. (We are willing to sponsor if you are already in training)

Experience a plus but not required.

A deep knowledge and love of Montessori theory

Innovative problem solving skills

A desire to connect a community of staff, parents, and students to our vision

Flexibility in addressing children’s needs

Excellent observation skills

Great communication skills with parents

The ability to listen and be present

Be able to start work right away

Authorized to work in the US (We cannot sponsor visas at this time)
