AMI/USA teacher webinars are designed for classroom guides, assistants, and others that support teachers in their work.

This interactive presentation aims to critically reflect on the current understanding of classroom management, reframe foundational tenets and practices, and explore alternative strategies that provide the conditions for freedom and support the child’s natural needs and tendencies. We aspire to empower participants to reimagine classroom management by emphasizing the Montessori approach to community building over traditional compliance-based methods and grow the audience’s understanding of the importance of aiding in the life of the child.
