Administrators play a vital role in the effectiveness and vitality of every Montessori program, leading faculty, parents, children and community members to a common understanding and vision of the program’s purpose and mission for children and the larger community.

We are excited to invite all Montessori administrative professionals to this three-day event exclusively tailored to help you discover new strategies, connect with peers, and rejuvenate your skills. This retreat will take place in the heart of the Midwest, and we are confident it will be an unforgettable experience. Our goal is to provide helpful tools and knowledge to enhance your administrative skills, enable you to network with like-minded individuals, and leave you feeling inspired.


Plan to arrive on Friday, July 19 for an evening reception. There will be a full day of programming on July 20 and on July 21.


Andrew Kutt, founder and chairman of Oneness-Family School in Bethesda, MD, brings over 30 years of Montessori education experience. His curriculum emphasizes academics, self-discovery, global citizenship, and preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century. Andrew’s dedication extends to positive discipline, conflict resolution, and diversity. With a background in languages and philosophy, his work embodies Maria Montessori’s ethos of “following the child.” He is also a poet, songwriter, and musician, reflecting his commitment to Montessori principles through creative expression.
