Juneau Montessori School seeks an AMI Primary trained guide.

JMS, the only AMI recognized school in Alaska, has one A to I class and two Primary classes.  JMS is located in a historic schoolhouse on the shores of Douglas Island, just a short walk from the beach along the Gastineau Channel that flows by Juneau, Alaska’s state capitol.

This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits including paid holidays, paid time off, health benefits, and training opportunities.  We also encourage and support professional development opportunities for our faculty.  Applicants should hold an AMI Primary diploma and have classroom teaching experience.
