What are my advertising options with AMI/USA?
1. AMI/USA Newsletter
Distributed by e-mail 3 times a year: fall, winter, and spring. E-mailed directly to the inboxes of approximately 3000 members, schools, and training centers! Type of advertisements accepted: job openings for AMI-trained teachers, heads of school, assistants, individuals seeking job/sponsorship, schools, AMI materials for sale, etc.
2. AMI/USA Website
Web ads are posted for three (3) month intervals in the advertising section of the AMI/USA website and may be placed, revised, and removed from the website at any time. Type of advertisements accepted: job openings for AMI-trained teachers, heads of school, or assistants.

Website ads are posted for a period of three (3) months and may be placed, revised, and removed from the website at any time. There is no refund or reduction in fees for web ads canceled before the end of the 3-month period.
How do I pay for an advertisement?
- Check – check or money orders made payable to AMI/USA, mailed to 410 Alexander Street, Rochester, NY 14607
- Credit Cards – please call the AMI/USA office with credit card information (1-800-872-2643)
How can I place an advertisement?
Advertisements for up to 250 words may be submitted through our website, by mail, fax, or e-mail. Please submit ads as straight text – no formatting, please. Due to our policy, please do not mention organizations other than AMI in advertisements.
- Electronically submit your application through our online form
- Fill out the digital fields, and e-mail the 2009-2010 Ad Request Form as an attachment to
- Fill out the Ad Request Form and fax to 585-461-0075
- Fill out the Ad Request Form, and mail the form, payment, and ad text to AMI/USA, 410 Alexander Street, Rochester, NY 14607
What are the submission deadlines?
Deadlines for AMI/USA News:
Fall (September/October)
Submit by September 13, 2010
Winter (December/January)
Submit by December 17, 2010
Spring (March/April)
Submit by March 18, 2010
Web ads may be placed at any time and are usually uploaded to the website within a week. All ad renewals must be placed according to the above schedule. If you miss the above deadlines, we may still be able to accommodate your advertisement in AMI/USA News for a small “late fee.” Please contact directly if you have missed the deadline for the next issue.
